My journey into fitness began as a teenager with a keen interest in nutrition, which naturally led to a passion for exercise and striving to be the healthiest version of myself. Eighteen years ago, I walked into a gym for the first time and was immediately hooked! In my 20s, I developed a love for yoga, running and outdoor swimming, competing in numerous races along the way.
After spending a decade living in Berkshire and London—where I made the happy decision to turn my passion into a career—I returned to Herefordshire with my family. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked as a qualified personal trainer, first in gyms and then independently when I started my own business to create a flexible balance around family life.
Always eager to learn and grow, I’ve completed numerous professional development courses and taught a huge variety of fitness classes, including kettlebells, aqua aerobics, and my personal favourite, spin. I also gained certification as a behaviour change coach to help clients build long-lasting, positive lifestyle habits.
