I aim to make your fitness journey as personalised and enjoyable as possible. To start, I offer a free consultation followed by an optional initial fitness assessment. This helps me understand your current level of fitness so that we can work together to set some initial goals. Maybe you want to walk up the stairs without getting breathless or maybe you want to run a marathon! Whether you already have clear objectives or want to define them together, we’ll create a plan tailored just for you.
Your personalised plan will include a weekly 1 hour personal training session and a customised workout for you to do at home. Your progress is tracked and our workouts will develop accordingly. I provide all the necessary equipment for our sessions together. Our sessions will be focused on improving cardiovascular health and strength conditioning, alongside balance, mobility, flexibility and nutrition coaching.
